Feb 07, 2020, 05:46 PMI am 195, about 6'4”, although Mel based I have done JL51 HAN-SYDThe JAL bed is too small to sleep easily unless you are a side sleeper (I am) these older skysuites are wider than the new ones, and ok for me (although I haven't been in skysuite3)I would also take the direct flight unless you need...

May 01, 2019, 08:29 PMOriginally Posted by andyf While no doubt this was financially driven, it absolutely makes sense PR wise as well. Even if the 737 Max is back flying by November, the public will still associate it with poor safety for some time. The media will call out that Virgin is flying them, and the average...

Transit time at Frankfurt
Sep 22, 2017, 01:26 PMI think you would need to do immigration in FRA as you are leaving Schengen zone. 1h10m is probably reasonably safe though, FRA works reasonably well, especially if you are on that night flight when there is less EU passengers to get in the way.I have used an assisted transfer (pre-booked) in ZRH...

Aug 18, 2017, 05:26 PMDidn't the Irishman make a tip about MEL/SYD to JFK and Euro destinations being CDG/FCO/TXL (not sure how TXL will go now!) with the PER-LHR MEL-DFW announcement, That would suggest this a definite possibility and also that East Coast to LHR is just a little too farThe A350 kills the 787 in my ex...
